The worst disasters always seem to occur when my kids get quiet. As annoying as two loud two year olds can be, I dread quiet more. This morning one of my girls went upstairs while I was cooking and I heard her in her room. Soon enough things got quiet and up I went.
I wish I had pictures to adequately convey how large a mess one child and one half gone tube of flouride-free kids toothpaste can make. I quickly ushered her into the bathroom to marinate in a soapy tub, FYI this does not help.

After 30 minutes of soaking and scrubbing, the toothpaste has turned a creamy color and looks like foundation, which I later discovered was because in addition to toothpaste, she had got my foundation.

When this discovery was made, cleaning her was much easier. 10 makeup removing wipes later and she is clean. My bed (where the incident went down) is another story.
